From 2–4 December 2025, the MARS consortium gathered in the beautiful city of Prague to reflect on our progress and shape the final year of this exciting project. Upon arrival, a welcome dinner was held to exchange ideas and prepare for the upcoming days.
Deep-dive into deliverables and synchronization of MARS work
On the first day of the Assembly, deliverables and work packages were discussed in detail to synchronize the efforts of all partners. A plenary session on integrating modules for the MARS virtual platform followed, with the same goal of aligning the work of individual partners to achieve MARS objectives.
Prague city tour and excellent project dinner
After a productive first day, the consortium enjoyed a city tour starting at Prague Castle and continuing through the historic center. The day concluded with a lively project dinner, where everyone connected beyond the project, strengthened relationships, and explored future collaborations.
Planning for the next months in MARS
Our second workday began with an advisory committee meeting to discuss project risks and upcoming deadlines. This was followed by a presentation on communication and dissemination activities, as well as a discussion on exploitation plans. Strategic planning for the next steps was then addressed with all partners, and the meeting concluded over a collaborative lunch.
